We have developed a reputation as one of the best criminal defense firms in the state, with over 250 Google reviews. The firm has grown from just me, and two flip cell phones, to 10 employees and all the best technology over the past 20 years. We help over 400 people a year get through the worst experience of their life.
What is the problem? I have taken it as far as I can. I am not a systems person – I do my best, but you can do better.
I am seeking a people-loving, systems-loving Director of Operations who wants to make a difference in the world.
Criminal Defense Attorney
Come join our five-attorney criminal defense firm in Lynnwood, Washington. Close to shopping and multiple chicken shops, which is a plus. We mention it only since you will need your energy to help multiple clients a day. You will be in court immediately and carry your own caseload - a combination of misdemeanors, felonies, motions, and order hearings.
Can you close a sale? We will expect you to handle consultations with incoming leads.
Salary is dependent upon experience in criminal law. We have a generous incentive program based on your performance and production. 401k retirement with matching and healthcare are provided as well, because we want to keep our team healthy and secure.
